VICKSBURG – JACKSON

This is a private corporation established for the purpose of assisting with growth of business firms in Mississippi. The Warren County Board of Supervisors appoints five (5) members who reside in Warren County; the Mayor of the City of Jackson, with confirmation by the City Council, appoints five (5) members who reside in Jackson; the Director of Mississippi Department of Economic and Community Development shall appoint one (1) member who shall be on the staff of MDECD; the Executive Director of the Vicksburg Post Authority shall be a member and the Executive Director of the Jackson Municipal Airport shall be a member:
