The Warren County Purchasing Department is responsible for the establishment and administration of a centralized purchasing system that assists county departments and work centers in the procurement of equipment, parts, supplies and services in conformance with “State Purchasing Laws” and the Board of Supervisors policies.
The department is responsible for the procurement of commodities, equipment, and services required for the operation of Warren County Government Offices and departments. The Department also maintains records of negotiated contract bids.
The Purchasing Department is staffed by procurement officers who are committed to timely acquisition of quality products and services required to support the county’s needs.
