- Victim Assistance Coordinator will gather contact information for victims of violent crimes in order to keep them informed of case status and any hearing or trial dates.
- Through the Victim Impact Statement, information is gathered regarding the emotional effect as well as financial losses of the victim(s).
- The Coordinator will be the contact person at the District Attorney’s Office for victims and their families.
- Monetary assessments and collections will be reported by the Victim Assistance Coordinator monthly in writing to the Judges and the Boards of Supervisors for Warren, Sharkey and Issaquena Counties.
